International customers please note: we are not responsible for any additional custom fees initiated by your country upon arrival. All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns and exchanges if notified within 14 days of delivery.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only, which never expires and can be used toward any future Shiftd Jewelry purchase.
Returned items must be unworn and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
