glad you asked. 14k gold fill is solid gold bonded to a base metal with a heated process. It is NOT the same as gold plated (gold filled has 100x more 14k gold than gold plated does). This means yes, you can wear 14k gold fill jewelry in the shower and get it wet. We know theres a lot of companies that say that, but we actually stand by it.
